VinFast Philippines will soon launch the all-new VF8 in November. The company has officially opened preorders for the electric midsize crossover, with a free one-year battery subscription for the first 1,000 customers who place an order from October 13 to November 5.
The VF8 features a similar silhouette to the smaller VF7. It has a sleek design. The front fascia falls to the center in the shape of a wide ‘V’ and is further accentuated by the light bar and headlights. The rear, meanwhile, features a more horizontal design, with the taillights meeting the brand emblem in the center. From the side, the roofline slopes down towards the rear, giving the crossover a fastback-like appearance.

Size-wise, the VF8 measures 4,701mm long, 1,872mm wide, and 1,670mm tall. The Philippine market gets a single electric motor hooked up to a 60.13kWh battery, and cranks out 228hp and 330Nm of torque. The crossover gets 500km of range (NEDC) and is compatible with 250kW DC fast chargers.

“The tremendous demand for VinFast’s innovations here in the Philippines inspired us to launch this early booking program for the all-new VF8,” said VinFast Philippines CEO Antonio Zara III. “Built for the performance- and tech-focused Filipinos, the VF8 promises a premium midsize crossover e-SUV experience.”
“The preorder program is our way of giving Filipinos a chance to be among the first in the Philippines to experience our newest offering. We cannot wait for the arrival of the VF8 in the Philippines this November, and we are even more excited to welcome more Filipinos to the VinFast ecosystem.”
