Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is expanding its aftersales network with a brand-new service center in Palo, Leyte. The Japanese carmaker recently broke ground on its new facility, with operations expected to begin by mid-2027.
Once complete, the Toyota Palo, Leyte Service Center will span over 6,000sqm and will feature a total of 32 working bays. Customers around the municipality and the province will be able to avail themselves of a comprehensive suite of services. These include periodic maintenance, general repairs, and express work. The structure will also stand as Toyota’s first dedicated service center in Leyte, further supporting its Tacloban-based dealership.

At the ground-breaking ceremony, Jimmy Yaokasin, president of Toyota Tacloban, Leyte, commented: “This groundbreaking ceremony is not simply about constructing another service center. It is about preparing for the next generation. Anyone can build only for today’s needs, today’s demand, or today’s convenience.”
