Ever wanted to go straight from the office on a Friday directly to Baguio for the weekend? Quicker getaways to the City of Pines are now possible with a new accessible and premium route conveniently departing from One Ayala in Makati.
In case you missed the news, Pangasinan Solid North Transit just launched its newest route from One Ayala directly to Baguio City and vice versa last October 15, 2026.

While trips to Baguio have been available from bus terminals in Cubao and the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange, the new departure point from One Ayala makes it more convenient for office workers and tourists staying in the Makati area. Baguio residents who have business in Makati or flights to catch out of NAIA will also benefit from this new route.

For this route, Solid North’s Deluxe bus is an air-conditioned 45-seater bus, with reclining seats, charging ports, and a comfort room on board. Aside from several regular buses, they also have a pet-friendly bus departing from One Ayala once daily at noon.
The regular one-way fare costs P850 per passenger, while discounted tickets for students, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) are P680 per passenger.
The trip from One Ayala to Baguio and vice versa is estimated to take five to six hours one-way.

While the bus line launched with just four trip times, as seen in the infographic above, as of October 17, there are eight trips available daily listed on their booking platform and upon checking at One Ayala.
Since this is a new bus route, schedules may still change without prior notice, so look out for official announcements.
In Makati, the bus terminal is located inside One Ayala–Bus Bay 2, One Ayala Transport Terminal, Ayala Avenue, corner EDSA, Ayala Center, Makati City.
In Baguio City, the bus terminal of Solid North Terminal is located at Gov. Pack Road, Baguio City (near SM City Baguio).

With the launch of its newest One Ayala–Baguio City route, Solid North also opened a new air-conditioned passenger lounge at One Ayala to provide travelers with a more comfortable space to wait before boarding.
The small lounge, located under the escalator leading to the mall, features a booking kiosk for walk-in passengers to conveniently book trips to Baguio and other destinations served by the company. The new route and lounge are part of the bus company’s commitment to “elevate the riding experience through improved safety and comfort.”

Located at the intersection of EDSA and Ayala Avenue in Makati, One Ayala has evolved from a central transport hub to a lifestyle destination. This hub offers seamless access to the MRT-3 Ayala Station, the EDSA Busway, and nearby malls. Various point-to-point buses have routes here, including One Ayala to U.P. Town Center and One Ayala to Nuvali.
Aside from catching a ride, One Ayala is a good place to dine, shop and relax. There are loads of cafes here, fast-food joints, entertainment spots, bookstores, and even free third spaces like The Stacks and The Hobby Hub where passengers can rest and wait for trips.
If you live or work in Makati or BGC, you can easily head to One Ayala on a Friday, grab food, and take the last trip straight to Baguio for the weekend.
Tourists staying in Makati hotels who want to include Baguio in their itinerary can also make use of these point-to-point buses without having to transfer to busier provincial or inconveniently located bus terminals.
According to Solid North, walk-ins are welcome, but seats are subject to availability. Book seats online and secure seats in advance through the company’s official website.
Online bookings are point-to-point (P2P). In the case of seat availability, the bus will pick up passengers at Dau (then Rosario Exit). The additional 12pm trip is for walk-in passengers only and offers a pet-friendly bus.
