If every day feels like a long journey, this one’s dedicated to you. Hamilton Watches has just revealed its limited-edition collaboration piece with director Christopher Nolan for the film The Odyssey. Sold as the Khaki Field Auto The Odyssey on Hamilton’s website, the timepiece delivers multiple design elements inspired by the film and the original epic.
The watch features a case made from bronze and titanium. It has a diameter of 42mm, a 10.9mm thickness, and a 20mm lug width. The bezel has a circular brushed finish, while the satin dial is patterned with black vertical lines. At the 12 o’clock position, you’ll find the symbol from Odysseus’ sheath with the Hamilton logo sitting below it; both are finished in bronze.

On the minute track, Hamilton has added a decorative frieze. The hands, meanwhile, are inspired by Odysseus’ sword. Moving to the caseback, you’ll find Odysseus’ helmet engraving, serial number, and Christopher Nolan’s signature. There’s also an engraved reminder that your watch is a limited edition with only 2,112 pieces made.

As for the band, the timepiece has a brown leather strap with stitching and the same decorative frieze on the minute track. At the end of the strap is a Hamilton-branded pin buckle finished in gunmetal gray. Powering the watch is an automatic H-10 caliber with an 80-hour power reserve; there aren’t any day-date features here, just the basic time.

The watch comes in a box, also in line with the theme. Inside, you’ll find an Athena-shaped pin and a brush-finished plaque with Christopher Nolan’s signature. The timepiece costs CHF1,195 (P91,325).
