The Toyota RAV4 Adventure is a pretty tough-looking compact crossover as is. While the Limited variant goes for a sleeker look, the base trim proudly wears its off-road aspirations on its sleeve. But what if you turn up that overlanding vibe another notch?
This bodykit from JAOS does just that. Fully dressed up, the RAV4 Adventure looks even more prepared to kick up some dirt on the trail. The biggest transformation is the front fascia, which looks much brawnier thanks to a redesigned front bumper guard and a new upper grille piece housing four amber LED marker lamps.

The sides get plenty of black plastic cladding, including fender flares decorated with dummy bolts, ruggedized side skirts, and a new D-pillar accent piece. Protective PVC pieces for the door handle and fuel tank lid are also available. Of course, no off-road build is complete without the all-important mudflaps; these are branded with JAOS’ kangaroo logo.

JAOS also offers its own 17-inch wheels (yup, smaller than the stock rims) to go with the rest of the build. That downsizing is intentional to let the car run on chunkier rubber like the Toyo Tires Open Country A/T pictured here.

Accessories for the RAV4’s rear focus on protecting surfaces prone to scratches, particularly the lower edge of the tailgate and the outer edge of the rear bumper. The trunk also gets matting to protect the original lining.
JAOS’ RAV4 Adventure bodykit was initially available through select Toyota dealerships in Japan back in December 2025, before being made more widely available in June 2026. Most recently, JAOS has started bundling certain parts together to make them more affordable.
