Two new GWM dealerships are set to open in October as the brand continues to expand its dealership network in the Philippines. Located in Imus, Cavite and Bacolod, Negros Occidental, both locations will provide complete sales, service, and parts operations for their respective areas.
The Chinese brand recently hit a new monthly sales record, having moved 232 units in August—more than double the previous record of 100 units in June. GWM Philippines credits part of this success to the recently-launched Haval H7.

GWM Philipines’ new locations will be owned and operated by established dealer-partners in their respective regions. The Imus dealership will be led by AVB Motorhub Pilipinas, Inc., while the Bacolod dealership will be under Ponce Automobile Corporation.

Besides growing its nationwide presence, GWM Philippines’ new dealerships also extends the reach of its support and service capabilities beyond Metro Manila and Luzon. GWM Philippines brand head Dax Avenido shares: “These two new dealerships mark another step forward in our commitment to bringing GWM closer to Filipino motorists nationwide.”

The completion of the Imus and Bacolod dealerships next month will bring GWM Philippines’ total dealerships up to 13 nationwide. Avenido added: “By strengthening our presence in Region 4A-Calabarzon and Region 6-Western Visayas, we’re able to offer more customers the sales, service, and after-sales support they deserve, while continuing to build a network that reflects our long-term commitment to the Philippine market.”
