Workwear and apparel brand Carhartt has collaborated with Ford for the upcoming 2027 Super Duty. The partnership will produce the aptly named Super Duty Carhartt—reminiscent of the Eddie Bauer editions of yesteryear.
This will be a rather sentimental build as both companies are rooted in the city of Dearborn, Michigan. The styling is heavily inspired by the blue-collar culture of the township and the greater Detroit area.
It primarily features upholstery inspired by Carhartt’s durable Duck Canvas. The fabric is used in many of the brand’s signature products, but in the Super Duty, it is triple-stitched onto the seats and the door trims. Carhartt badges are also found on the headrests, with more emblems across the truck and on the bed. The same branding can also be found on the all-weather floor mats.

The two companies also worked on the truck’s overall design. After selecting the Tarnished Dark Anodized colorway, the team applied it to Super Duty’s grille and its specially made 20-inch wheels. The rest of the truck is finished in lighter gray, further complementing the unique paint job.
This entire package will be available on the pickup’s XLT Crew Cab single-rear-wheel 4×4 variant. While this is not sold locally, the Super Duty did make a regional appearance at the 2026 Bangkok International Motor Show. There is not a strong chance that this will make its way to the Philippines, but never say never. After all, we did get the Eddie Bauer editions of the Explorer and Expedition in 2010.
